Aerial yoga decompresses tight joints and realigns the structures in the body. Without the compression of the joints and spine you can achieve proper posture and alignment through relaxation rather than effort.
Aerial yoga is practiced using a swing, suspended from the ceiling, to support and assist yoga postures. Aerial yoga is safe and completely supported, and helps you to strengthen your body against gravity as well as use gravity to stretch deeper. And most of all, it’s heaps of fun to fly around like the super hero you are!
