Join in Australia’s largest simultaneous Yoga day to help support women and children affected by Family Violence.
Saturday 1st September 9:30am at Zama Yoga Toowong

As one of over 200 yoga instructors across Australia who have registered, our lovely Matt has donated a yoga class on Saturday 1st September, 2018, at 9:30am to raise funds and awareness for the issues women face through domestic violence and homelessness.

You can book in for the Zama Yoga Toowong class here. Zama members and regulars can still attend using their Class Passes or Memberships, but are encouraged to donate to this wonderful cause!
Zama Yoga will match all donations from Zama attendees.

Share the Dignity is committed to supporting homeless and at risk women by ensuring they are afforded the dignity they deserve, with their key initiative being provision of sanitary and menstruation products to women in need.

Every night in Australia 48,000 women are homeless. #Yoga4Dignity aims to get 48,000 people to stand, stretch, bend and unite in sharing dignity. Now in its second year, #Yoga4Dignity is expected to be Australia’s biggest yoga celebration of women supporting women.

Share the Dignity founder, Rochelle Courtenay said “Yoga is such an inclusive way of bringing Australians together and downward dogging and saluting for all the women and children needing our help in Australia”

Rochelle said “Our mission is to enable and empower all Australian women and children to have the dignity they deserve.”

#Yoga4Dignity is further supported by Yoga Australia, with one third of the registered instructors for #Yoga4Dignity being Yoga Australia members.
