Come along to experience a total body workout – the perfect way to boost your fitness levels at the start of the new year! This mini boot camp will run for three weeks on Saturdays at 10:45am for 60 minutes of Yoga Sculpt. Yoga Sculpt is a flow yoga with weights, that helps you sculpt and tone your body as you stretch and flow through yoga sequences, complete with some bouncy tunes to keep us going. Yoga Sculpt uses hand weights and bursts of high intensity cardio to get your blood flowing, your heart pumping and those Christmas calories burning! The room will not be heated, but you’ll definitely walk out of the studio sweating! Don’t sweat it though (pardon the phrase), these workshops can be adapted for any fitness level, so there will be options for each and every one of you. We have a variety of weight sizes available, and as with all yoga classes we ask you to listen to your body and only do the exercises appropriate for you.
