On June 21st we celebrate the Winter Solstice, the shortest day and longest night of 2021. We take time to reflect on the first half of the year by acknowledging what we are grateful for, and recognising any residues that need to be released so we can create space for new light and love to come into our lives. On this day we also celebrate the International Day of Yoga with this years theme being Yoga for well-being. Yoga is more important than ever during the pandemic and social isolation to stay healthy in our mind and body.
