You’ve survived the hump day hurdle and you deserve something special – a break, some time out for you, a well-timed cleanse – to get you invigorated for the rest of the week. Well, we’ve got a real treat for you – every Wednesday evening in October at Zama Yoga Toowong we’ll be holding Wednesday Wellness, a mid-week mini retreat. All three evening classes, 5:20pm hot vinyasa, 6:30pm HIY SESH by Zama and 7:40pm yin will be taught by Sam and work cohesively as one whole class – sweat it, shift it, stretch it.
This is a mid week power cleanse that will start with some moving and shaking, and end in a stretch and soothe. Of course, you can still come to the classes individually but we encourage you to take the trio as a whole – challenge the mid-week slump!
