It's time to unwind and unravel - and unlearn the daily practices we frequent that locks and tightens the body. Using yoga, we find a kind of freedom in the beautiful home that is the body to become the wild, free being that we were born to be! Embrace the child-like qualities and learn to loosen, lengthen, and unravel. During this three hour session you will engage your physical body using yoga asana to keep the body open, healthy, and happy!

Join us for this beautiful three hour session as we unravel the toxic habits of stress and anxiety that often comes with the busy lives we lead in this day and age. Together we will switch to pause and learn to find and embrace stillness and mindfulness using meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) in our daily lives.
