Pilates & Yoga Classes Toowoomba

No bookings required for regularly run Yoga & Mat Pilates classes. Online bookings required for Reformer Pilates & workshops.
We open 15-20mins before classes. Doors & sign in close 5mins into class.
Free lockers & showers are available.
All Yoga, Mat Pilates & Reformer Pilates classes in Toowoomba are suitable for beginners.
Hot classes are heated to 35 degrees with infrared heat. Warm classes are heated to 28 degrees.
Mats are available to hire for $2. First time mat hire is free.
Bring a mat, towel & water. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. No footwear required. Socks required for Reformer Pilates (can be purchased at the studio).
