As soon as you enter Zama Yoga Toowoomba, you will feel calm and peaceful in our yoga sanctuary. Whether you’ve come for a stress-free stretch and strengthen, to get moving, or to meditate (or all of the above!), let us ground you, energise you, and embrace you.

Bookings are required for Reformer Pilates classes, as well as courses, workshops and special events, but there's no need to book in for any of our regular yoga or mat Pilates classes. If you’re new, save yourself precious time and sign up online before you attend. You can choose to buy a pass or membership online or at the studio. All our classes are beginner friendly, so if you’ve never tried yoga or Pilates before, don’t worry. Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle and socks for reformer to class. If you don’t have a mat, they’re available for purchase, or you can hire one for just $2 with your first mat hire free. All other props are provided. Specialised Reformer socks are available to purchase at the studio.

It means so much to us that you’re on time - our doors open 15 to 20 minutes before each class and the door is locked 5 minutes into each class.

We have a 9 hour cancellation policy for all reformer classes. That means as long as you log in and cancel within 9 hours prior to the start of the class, the class won't be deducted from your pass.

Zama Yoga Toowoomba has you sorted with lockers, change rooms and a toilet. Our hot classes are heated with infrared heat to 32-35 degrees.

No bookings required for regular classes. Online bookings are only required for reformer classes, workshops and special events.
We open 15-20mins before classes. Doors close 5mins into class. We close at 7:30am after 6am classes.
Free lockers & showers are available.
All classes are suitable for beginners.
Hot classes are heated to 35 degrees with infrared heat. Warm classes are heated to 28 degrees.
Mats are available to hire for $2. First time mat hire is free.
Bring a mat, towel & water. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. No footwear required.

Pilates will make your body stronger and change the way you move for the better. Zama’s Pilates classes are a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates, with the help of props and a fun playlist - it’s amazing how some banging beats can help you tone!

Reformers are intelligently designed pieces of equipment which allows access to many more muscle groups than a regular Pilates class. By regularly attending Reformer classes, you will notice your body becoming more toned, leaner and stronger. Basically, they make your practice smarter, more efficient and can target areas of the body with precision - your muscles are in for a real treat!

Zama Institute delivers registered world-class yoga, meditation and Pilates training programs. Study with us and teach worldwide! Zama Institute offers yoga teacher training courses, including 200 hour350 hour and advanced post graduate yoga speciality training, that are YIMI registered courses and fully registered with Yoga Australia.
