Pilates, Barre & Yoga Classes Toowoomba

NEED TO KNOW

No bookings required for regularly run yoga, Pilates & barre classes. Online bookings are only required for workshops and special events, such as the Beginner's Yoga Course.
We open 15-20mins before classes. Doors close 5mins into class. We close at 7:30am after 6am classes.
Free lockers & showers are available.
All yoga, Pilates & barre classes in Toowoomba are suitable for beginners.
Hot classes are heated to 35 degrees with infrared heat. Warm classes are heated to 28 degrees.
Mats are available to hire for $2. First time mat hire is free.
Bring a mat, towel & water. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. No footwear required.

Barre is the unique combination of ballet, yoga and Pilates, using the ballet barre and other props, set to banging beats. But don’t worry - you don’t need to be Michael Jackson to do a barre class, in fact there’s no dance experience required. You just need to let loose and have fun, and we’ll make sure you're sweating and your muscles are working (seriously, after barre you’ll discover muscles you didn’t even know you had!).
