- Show up 15 minutes before class. That’ll give you plenty of time to sign in, put your belongings in one of our free lockers, and find your spot in the studio.

- Bring water. Trust us, you’ll need it after class.
- Wear comfy clothes. You want to be free to move in every direction. Oh, and no footwear is required.
