Going on a holiday? (Lucky you!) Or is life just too hectic at the moment? (We get it!)
Either way, if you need to put your membership on hold, we're here to help! If you're on an Ongoing Membership or a 12 Month Membership (Toowoomba only), your membership can be suspended. You just need to send us an email, with at least two weeks notice, to email@example.com.
As well as the start date (remembering it must be at least two weeks in advance), you must include the date you wish to resume your membership. We have a minimum hold period of two weeks and a maximum hold period of 12 months for Ongoing Memberships, and 4 weeks over the membership term for 12 Month Memberships (Toowoomba only).
