Either way, if you need to put your membership on hold, we're here to help! If you're on an Ongoing Membership or a 12 Month Membership (Toowoomba only), your membership can be suspended. You just need to send us an email, with at least two weeks notice, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
As well as the start date (remembering it must be at least two weeks in advance), you must include the date you wish to resume your membership. We have a minimum hold period of two weeks and a maximum hold period of 12 months for Ongoing Memberships, and 4 weeks over the membership term for 12 Month Memberships (Toowoomba only).
