This juice is a liver and blood cleanser, which will help clean out your entire system and boost your immunity. Use organic ingredients! Feel free to add ginger if you’re kapha or vata, but forget the typical apple in this recipe. Apple juice will ferment in your gut hindering the benefits of the juice. Eat a whole apple instead 🙂
- 1/4 – 1/2 medium beetroot
- 1/2 bunch celery
- 2-3 carrots
Juice the vegetables and drink! Forget the ice, it’s no good for digestion, and the vegetables would normally come straight out of the fridge so it’s shouldn’t be too warm.
