Known as an incredible healing system for the body, Restorative yoga balances the nervous system and enhances the energy flow to all of your organs. This all occurs during a state of deep relaxation – sounds amazing, doesn’t it?! Join us for 90 minutes of Restorative yoga, with yoga nidra (yogic sleep), and experience the practice of asanas and pranayama that eases the body into complete relaxation, with poses supported by a variety of props, allowing the body to surrender entirely.

Restorative yoga has been proven to have numerous other physical and mental benefits – reducing depression, anxiety and stress, as well as aiding chronic back pain and the management of weight loss and diabetes. Yoga nidra is a yogic sleep that guides the body towards a state of relaxation that is very similar to sleep, but while still awake, and just 30 minutes of yoga nidra produces the equivalent brain activity of 3 whole hours of regular sleep!
