Zama’s barre classes blend yoga, Pilates and ballet exercises with light weights, balls and resistance straps at the ballet barre. These classes tone and sculpt your body quickly, developing long, lean, Ballerina-style muscles – it is a total body workout! And it’s heaps of fun!
