Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra form an organic marriage when paired together, and are often taught side by side in yoga classes. Join us for this wonderful 40hr Restorative & Yoga Nidra Teacher Training course.
Restorative yoga is a magnificent and empowering therapeutic tool. Restorative yoga bridges the gap between a strong yoga class and a seated meditation class, making it incredibly accessible to many people, including those with injuries or chronic health conditions. The mind-body connection is intricately enhanced through restorative yoga and it enables all yoga practitioners to have a deep understanding and first hand experience of psychosomatic medicine and the healing process.
Yoga Nidra is such effective technique, not only for physical or mental relaxation but also for preparing the mind for the higher yogic disciplines. Yoga Nidra literally means Yogic Sleep, and it is a state of conscious deep sleep, a dynamic sleep that takes place between the awakened state and the sleep state.
