This 4 session workshop series, led by Sam, will offer you an array of meditation styles that will be explored through the avenues of breath work, mantra, drishti points, walking meditation and the art of stillness. We aim to provide you with the ability to choose a method that suits you and your lifestyle so that you can practice mindfulness in your daily life (whether it be driving, eating, studying, working, walking or talking).
