Stress, anxiety and depression are common experiences in everyday life and can have drastic effects on our well being. Mindfulness is proven to be highly effective in managing and overcoming some of the effects emotional stress has on the mind and body.

Over 4 workshops, you will experience a range of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and kinesiology techniques to help relieve and deal with stress, anxiety and depression.

In the the yoga and meditation sessions, Deb will focus on the chakra system and energetic anatomy, with asanas, pranayamas and meditations designed to bring about mindfulness. Mindfulness is intentionally accepting, without judgement, the thoughts, emotions and sensations that are occurring in each present moment. Deb will guide you through different meditation styles, as well as settle you into some wonderful rest and relaxation to calm the mind and rejuvenate the body.

Through kinesiology, Zoe will show you where your emotions and stresses are stored in the body, and how to release them. You will learn practical techniques such as muscle testing, and Zoe will assist you in setting a positive mindset mantra. Zoe will also guide you through relaxation techniques that you can use at home.

This workshop is designed to empower you with the tools to be mindful on a daily basis so you can easily integrate stress reduction techniques into your life.

Many kinesiology techniques have yogic roots, including the chakras, which is why these two modalities go hand in hand to compliment one another. This combination of yoga, meditation and kinesiology is suitable for anyone, whether you’ve practiced before or not.
