LOMI LOMI MASSAGE
This is an Hawaiian style of bodywork. The therapist uses long strokes over the whole body, with a combination of soft and deep pressure applied through their hands, forearms and elbows. This style of massage is deeply relaxing, rebalances energy and relieves pain.
Relaxation Massage is relaxing, relieves tension and discomfort and promotes self-connection and peacefulness. Each treatment is adapted to fit the needs of the individual, with the purpose of nurturing the body and spirit.
Massage during pregnancy is excellent for relieving physical pain and discomfort, reducing oedema, improving circulation and helping the body to prepare for childbirth. Treatments are in a side lying position, treating one entire side of the body, then the other. Pregnancy treatments offer an opportunity to connect with your body, your breath, your inner self, and your growing baby.
Cupping is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine where special suction cups are used on the skin. It is a great form of deep tissue massage, and can help reduce pain, inflammation, and increase well-being and relaxation.

It differs from acupuncture in that it is based on Western anatomical and neurophysiological principles rather than ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine.
