1419824201051Marketing & Administration Co-Ordinator Needed – Toowong

We are looking for a bright, bubbly, intelligent, organised yoga lover, who oozes creativity and style, and has that X factor that cannot be taught.

The right person will be a go-getter with a fine eye for detail, a stickler for getting it right, and has a jolly good time while doing it. This casual role is three days a week (approximately 24 hours per week) and includes two shifts from 11am – 8pm. Start date early to mid May. The role would suit a university student or someone with experience looking for a casual role.

You will be fully trained in all our systems, but experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver) would be advantageous.

We are looking for a creative being who can write well, design beautiful marketing material (don’t worry you don’t need to be able to draw, just put graphic components together well) and loves yoga and all it is about. You may have an interest in writing, art, graphic design, marketing or simply be a creative person – we don’t require you to have formal qualifications in a particular area.

Responsibilities

  • Reception (studio preparation, customer service)
  • General administration including some personal assistant duties
  • Stock and product ordering and management
  • Cleaning
  • Client administration and enquiries
  • Teacher administration
  • Marketing planning and strategy
  • Graphic design (posters, flyers, e-marketing) using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Website management and content editing using WordPress
  • Social media management
  • E-newsletters
