Join us for our May master class with Sam for a special Kundalini yoga session.
Sam will be teaching a 90 minute Kundalini yoga class to strengthen the nervous system, balance bodily glands and clean out any non-serving subconscious thought patterns. Book in now to let go of anything holding you back and start May in a positive way.
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is also known as the yoga of awareness; it’s focus is on self awareness and delivering an experience of your highest consciousness. It combines asana, pranayama and mantra to energise the body relax the mind, while strengthening the body’s nervous and immune systems.
