Using Kundalini Yoga techniques, we will cultivate your sensory system by consciously connecting to the breath, strengthening the nervous system, activating the glandular system, balancing emotional energies and channelling mental energy to intuitive awareness. As you cultivate a subtle sensitivity to your being, you will experience a sense of completeness within yourself that will give you great satisfaction. You will have the capacity to feel calm and content.
Involving a dynamic blend of physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, mantra and relaxation, in this immersion, you will learn tools you can use in everyday life to help you to find more balance and become more productive in the areas in your life that matter to you.
Kundalini Yoga uses ancient and powerful techniques originating in India and brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan in 1968. Kundalini Yoga practises stimulate the pineal gland, which secretes hormones and chemicals that balance the energy of the mind and emotions in a more positive and effective way. Kundalini Yoga can be practiced by anyone regardless of age, fitness and experience and is a safe and effective way to reduce stress and anxiety and bring balance to the body, mind and soul.
