Start this Christmas season in style with these healthy rum balls!
¾ cup of rum-soaked sultanas (drained)
1 cup of coconut
1 ½ cup of almond meal
2 tbsp of raw cacao powder
¼ cup of almond butter
2 tbsp of rice bran syrup
1 tsp of vanilla essence
Extra coconut for rolling
1. Combine all ingredients, mix well.
2. Roll into about 16 golf-ball sized balls.
3. Roll each rum ball in the extra coconut.
4. Store in the fridge or freezer before enjoying their deliciousness.
