How great is a fresh Summer smoothie? The perfect pre-yoga boost, or after-yoga refresher – or pretty much any time, really! We love ’em!

Here’s another easy and delicious smoothie recipe to add to your forte:


  • 4 big ice cubes
  • 250ml of coconut water
  • 200ml of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of yoghurt (plain)
  • 8 walnuts
  • 6-8 mint leaves (fresh
  • 2 teaspoons of sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of psyllum
  •  1 teaspoon of spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon of maca powder
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup


Then all you have to do is whip out your blender and liquefy it all – and voila! Delicious smoothie!
