Turmeric Tea Golden Milk Recipe

We’re nearing winter and there’s starting to be a chill in the air! Give your immune system all the help you can with this turmeric tea recipe – it’s delicious and super healthy!
1 can of coconut milk
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp (or to taste) of honey (or maple syrup)
1 pinch black pepper
1/4 tsp ginger (powder or root)
1 pinch cayenne pepper
- In a blender, combine all ingredients thoroughly, until smooth.
- Pour into saucepan and leave over medium heat for 3-5 minutes (do not let it boil).
- Serve with a sprinkling of cinnamon on top, and drink immediately.
