It seemed like nearly everyone was hit with a flu this past Winter – so here’s a juice to strengthen and nourish your immune system to ensure you have a healthy, happy Spring!
- 200g carrot (peeled)
- 70g kale (about a large handful)
- 100g beetroot (peeled)
- 1 blood orange
- 250g pineapple pieces
- A large knob of ginger
Chop the fruit and veg into chunks to fit into the juicer.
Juice all the ingredients, beginning with the ginger and finishing with the carrot (due to its dry qualities).
This juice stores well, so you can double the mixture and keep in the fridge to enjoy whenever you wish!
