If you are booking for both sessions, once you enrol in either the morning or afternoon session, please enrol yourself in the other session - if you've purchased the full day option, you will be able to enrol in the second session without being prompted to pay. Sleep deprivation is a surprisingly common and unhappy feature in our current lives of busy schedules and double-shot caffeine bursts (or lively young children!). Both yoga and meditation have been proven to positively impact both sleep deprivation and insomnia. Yoga's double-whammy of tiring the body while focusing in on the breath and de-creasing stress and anxiety can really improve issues with sleeping. The practice of meditation calms and relaxes the body and mind, and readies the body for the state of sleep.
These 3 hour workshops with Deb will focus on how both Yoga and Meditation, respectively, can help you to sleep better in your daily (nightly!) life.
