NEED TO KNOW

No bookings required for regular classes. Online bookings are only required for workshops and special events.
We open 15-20mins before classes. Doors close 5mins into class. We close at 7:30am after 6am classes.
Free lockers & showers are available.
All classes are suitable for beginners.
Hot classes are heated to 35 degrees with infrared heat. Warm classes are heated to 28 degrees.
Mats are available to hire for $2. First time mat hire is free.
Bring a mat, towel & water. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. No footwear required.

Pilates will make your body stronger and change the way you move for the better. Zama’s Pilates classes are a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates, with the help of props and a fun playlist - it’s amazing how some banging beats can help you tone!

Barre is the unique combination of ballet, yoga and Pilates, using the ballet barre and other props, set to banging beats. But don’t worry, there’s no dance experience required. You just need to let yourself have fun, and we’ll take care of the rest.
