Our master class for September will be focused on everyone’s favourites – arm balances and inversions! Always a challenge, the practice of both arm balances and inversions can create the feelings of defying (and denying!) gravity. Arm balances and inversions build strength and improve balance, and enhance mental focus.
This master class is totally suitable for beginners, and will work progressively on balance and inversion poses, gradually building on poses to create challenges for yogis at every level of practice. Come along, try it out, and you might just be surprised at how capable your body is! This master class is sure to be full of fun, falls and feats of achievement!
