In the 'ALIVEN your body' yoga retreat, you'll get the body moving and stretching out of the winter huddle it's been in! You'll celebrate the oncoming Spring seasonal shift by working on balancing, and learn about how yoga can help strengthen your immune system to fight off the last of winter's colds.

Practice renewal meditations, so that you can step forward into the new season with mindfulness, clarity and purpose.
