You asked, we listened! Our ever popular aerial yoga is back for 4 workshops in October and November. Come along for a play with us – suitable for all levels, these workshops will help you get comfortable in the swing, and challenge those who are practised in the art of aerial yoga.

Aerial yoga decompresses tight joints and realigns the structures in the body. Without the compression of the joints and spine you can achieve proper posture and alignment through relaxation rather than effort.

Aerial yoga is practiced using a swing, suspended from the ceiling, to support and assist yoga postures. Aerial yoga is safe and completely supported, and helps you to strengthen your body against gravity as well as use gravity to stretch deeper.
